When you first attend GA Lawyers you will meet with our principal and discuss your matter, work required and what is involved.  If appropriate a senior solicitor will be chosen because of their ability to oversee all of your legal requirements. You may find that your work is done by different solicitors because of their specific experience in particular areas.  However, regardless of who is handling your file, your client solicitor or the principal will be responsible for ensuring that everything that is done exceeds your expectations.  If you have any questions about our service your client solicitor or the principal will be able to answer your enquiry.

It is vital for us to stay abreast of technological changes so that we may provide for your needs in the most efficient and convenient manner possible.  We have the technology necessary to communicate with you in any form required by you, including electronic mail.  The latest computerised word processing and accounting systems enable documents to be prepared and advice given promptly and accurately.

We will tell you the potential costs by way of disclosure when the matter commences at the outset.

But, importantly, we are structured and managed in such a way to ensure that we are significantly more affordable than most of our true competitors. Part of our success can be attributed to our commitment to quality, service and value.

The cost of our service and the manner in which we charge will be discussed with you at the time of initial instruction. We will discuss with you the method of charging and the periods at which you will be billed, so that we may bill you at a time convenient to you.

If unforseen complications arise that have the potential to escalate the costs of a particular matter, we will advise you immediately so that you are in a position to determine whether to proceed and how you will proceed.

Sales and Marketing


We aim to keep our clients in touch with the latest changes in the law.  We send quarterly newsletters which have been professionally prepared and address all the new changes and aspects of the law and aim to keep all our clients existing and new informed throughout the year. 

We also give talks and presentations to community groups about current trends in the law for example elder law and neighbouring disputes, property and conveyancing.  In addition to our marketing we also provide brochures on each key area of our legal practice.  We aim to provide all new clients with a brochure and a summary letter outlining in brief the legal issues and an explanation of what the matter may involve to ensure the client has a good understanding of their matter.
